Drawing from our experience, we offer guidance on design styles, materials, colors, functions, and specifications. Through continuous communication and iterative sample improvements, we aim to meet our clients' expectations.
Prior to the production of any product, we will supply drawings for customer confirmation to ensure our understanding aligns with the desired product outcome. For varying project requirements, we will provide a sample for the customer to verify quality. Based on this sample, we will initiate mass production. Delivery times will strictly follow the contract.
Before each shipment, all products will be inspected individually or through sampling, and the inspection results will be confirmed by the customer prior to arranging shipment.

Therefore, once the production of goods is completed, we request pricing quotes from multiple freight forwarding companies based on the actual packing list data. Our goal is to secure the most reasonable shipping rates while choosing the most suitable transportation methods and pricing according to the project's location characteristics to ensure customer satisfaction.
We work with DHL, FedEx, and sea freight partners. Door-to-door, EXW, FOB, and CIF terms are available. Let us know your preference.
Upon receiving a customer's after-sales request, we will respond promptly, establish effective communication with the customer, thoroughly analyze the root cause of the issue, and offer one or more reasonable solutions for the customer to choose from, ultimately resolving the issue in a timely manner.
If goods arrive damaged or defective, report issues within 7 days with photos/video. We’ll replace defective items or compensate per our warranty terms.
We offer a 2-5 year warranty depending on the product category. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, excluding misuse or improper installation.
